Why Live & Why Now?

• I love chatting and wanted to be more brave and visible in 2026.

• I don’t want the long editing process and polished feel of a “traditional” Podcast.

• I just wanted to MOVE and jump into something without over thinking it!

• To have some structure and routine and having to show up ‘as I am’.

Why it Matters to Me?

• It helps me feel connected to others and build stronger bonds and relationships.

• I can share my voice, opinions, knowledge and ideas freely and naturally.

• I like providing entertainment and maybe I’ll spread some joy and laughter.

• Someone listening might relate/feel less alone or be moved/inspired.
