There will be no more apologies for lateness, forgetfulness, scattiness, swearing, mildly inappropriate jokes, gentle piss taking and/or a lack of predictable and routine schedule. My ADHD brain just doesn’t work that way! 😜
I am trying to accept and embrace ALL the parts of myself and thoroughly enjoying the wonderful benefits of doing this… AND allowing myself to feel ALL the feelings! 💛
